1. Main uses and scope of application
This testing machine is mainly used for repeated bending tests of metal wires to examine the performance of metal wires withstanding plastic deformation and defects displayed during repeated bending.Equipped with a plate clamping device, bending tests can also be performed on plate specimens.
This machine is widely used in the steel and construction industries, as well as in the production and use of steel wire ropes, wires and cables, etc.
It is suitable for metal wires of φ0.3-φ1, φ1-φ6, and φ6-φ10. Equipped with special fixtures, it can also perform metal bending tests of other specifications.
