HYGW-60 steel pipe bending testing machine is a special equipment for plane bending testing of metal steel pipes.This equipment is based on GB/T244-2020 "Metallic Material Pipe Bending Test Method", ISO8491: 1998 "Metallic Material Pipe Bending Test Method", GB/T 14291-2006The bending test methods for metal pipes specified in standards such as "Electric Welded Steel Pipes for Mine Fluid Transportation", GB/T13793-2016 "Straight Seam Electric Welded Steel Pipes", GB/T3091-2015 "Welded Steel Pipes for Low Pressure Fluid Transportation", GB/T8162-2008 "Seamless Steel Pipes for Structural Use" and other standards are suitable for pipes with different outer diameters.For plane bending tests of various types of steel pipes larger than 60.3mm (≤Φ60.3mm), the test can be completed by replacing the corresponding bending sleeves, adjusting the bending radius and replacing the rollers for steel pipe samples of different nominal diameters. The equipment is reliable in accuracy, easy to use and has a long service life. It is currently the most complete steel pipe plane bending testing machine.
