1. Main uses

This series of models mainly tests the mechanical properties of materials in non-room temperature environments (-60° to 300°). The outer wall of the environmental chamber is spray-coated with cold-rolled iron plates, and the inner wall is made of stainless steel plates. It has precise temperature control and rapid temperature adjustment.The environmental box adopts an orbital translation structure, which better meets the test requirements of high and low temperature environments.The environmental box is equipped with movable pulleys, which can be pushed aside when not in use. It can not only meet the requirements of mechanical testing in high and low temperature environments, but also complete mechanical testing in room temperature environments.One machine has multiple uses, convenient and fast.The temperature of the environmental chamber can be selected from -60° to 300°, and the force value of the host can be selected from 0-300KN.

This machine is equipped with data processing and measurement and control software using Windows as the operating platform, which realizes screen display of test force, test force peak value, beam displacement, sample deformation and test curve. All test operations can be completed on the computer screen by mouse input. It has a good human-machine interface and is easy to operate.It can realize closed-loop control of parameters such as test force, specimen deformation and beam displacement, and can realize tests such as constant force, constant displacement, constant strain, constant rate load cycle, and constant rate deformation cycle.
