Channel fatigue testing machine

The electro-hydraulic servo catenary embedded channel fatigue testing machine adopts electro-hydraulic servo control technology and is mainly used for fatigue life testing of embedded channels in electrified railway catenary tunnels, fatigue characteristics testing of the channel body, and fatigue characteristics testing of prefabricated channels, anchors, and T-bolts.It meets the standard requirements of TB/T3329-2013 "Embedded Channels in Electrified Railway Catenary Tunnels" and TB/T "Test Methods for Electrified Railway Catenary Components".

2. Test force measurement range: 1 ~ 100 (no binning in the whole process); measurement accuracy: ±1%F.S

3.1 Large adjustable test net space: 800mm

3.2 Effective column spacing: 600mm

4. Actuator stroke range: ±75mm (0-150mm)

5. Testing machine accuracy:

5.1 Force and deformation measurement accuracy: better than ±0.5% of the indication value (static) and better than ±1.0% of the indication value (dynamic and static)

5.2 Displacement measurement accuracy: better than ±0.5% of the indication value (static) and better than ±0.5% of the indication value (dynamic and static)

5.3 Average load fluctuation of test force: ±1%;

5.4 Dynamic load fluctuation of test force: ±1%;

6. Test waveforms: rectangular wave, triangle wave, square wave, sine wave, sawtooth wave and user-defined waveform.

7. Test frequency: 0.01～30Hz
