Huayan MXw-1 rotary reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is a new friction and wear testing machine product. It is a widely used reciprocating friction and wear testing machine. It is mainly used to study the friction properties of materials or surface coatings. The main friction pair of this machine adopts standard pin-disc friction, and ball friction can be optionally configured. Functionally, it can also expand the selection of various friction pairs such as ball-disk-pin-disk reciprocation, rotation, and ring-block friction.The main machine of the testing machine adopts computer detection and control. The special friction and wear testing machine measurement and control software developed by Hengxu based on high-speed industrial control can draw various parameter curves in real time. The point collection frequency is high and the safety protection is perfect. It effectively realizes the dynamic and effective detection of the process and improves the measurement accuracy of friction force, test force and other parameters.The software is equipped with parameter over-preset shutdown or alarm protection.The instrument is exquisitely designed, easy to install and debug, and the software interface is clear and user-friendly, making it easy to operate.
