1.Product use

The GPM-60 microcomputer controlled rolling contact fatigue test bench is mainly used to simulate the friction failure test of rolling contact materials. A constant load is applied to the rolling or rolling plus sliding contact sample, so that the contact surface is subjected to cyclic line and point friction contact pressure.Tests are carried out by controlling and changing parameters such as load, speed, slip rate, time, friction partner material, surface roughness, hardness, etc. to evaluate the friction fatigue life of the material.

The machine has a horizontal frame structure, and is controlled by an AC servo motor for loading and rotation. Each test parameter can be set in units. It is easy to operate and the test readings are accurate and reliable. Each parameter can be easily controlled through a computer. It can display friction torque-time, test force-time, friction coefficient-time, vibration signal-time and other curves in real time, and record, save, and print test curves.
