1. Main uses:

This machine is mainly used to measure the hardness and plasticity coefficient of rocks, and can automatically draw the load-depth curve.It is an essential test equipment for studying rock drillability in petroleum, exploration and other industries.

This machine consists of a host machine, a servo motor, a ball screw, a column, a beam, an upper pressure head (pressure plate), and a lower pressure plate. It can also fix the displacement sensor, pressure sensor, pressure head (pressure plate) and rock sample.The cylindrical indenter (pressure plate) is made of high-strength steel and then embedded with a carbide cone. The carbide cone is ground into a cylinder (size) d=1.2~2.5mm, so that the contact area between the indenter (pressure plate) and the rock remains unchanged, which facilitates the calculation of the rock's compression resistance and ultimate strength-hardness value.The two ends of the indenter (pressure plate) are required to be parallel, and the cemented carbide should be inserted vertically into the embryo body. The accurate data of the diameter of the ground cylinder must be measured with a reading microscope.This machine is mainly used to measure the hardness and plasticity coefficient of rocks.
