This series is a microcomputer-controlled ultra-low temperature impact testing machine, with various impact models of 300J, 500J, 450J, and 750J. It adopts two refrigeration methods: compressor refrigeration (-80℃) and liquid nitrogen refrigeration (-196℃).Microcomputer control, pendulum lifting, hanging pendulum, feeding, positioning, impact and temperature adjustment equipment are all electrically and mechanically controlled. The computer displays the impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum lift angle and test average of the material. It can also print the current test data and test average. It is equipped with a special feeding device for automatic feeding and automatic cross-section positioning of the sample.The time from when the sample is released from the furnace to impact is no more than 2 seconds, which meets the requirements of the low-temperature Charpy impact test method for metals.It is used to test the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic load. It is a necessary testing instrument for metallurgical machinery manufacturing and other units, and is also an indispensable testing instrument for scientific research units to conduct research on new materials.
Equipment features
1. This machine adopts fully automatic control. The lifting, hanging, feeding, positioning, impact and temperature adjustment equipment are all electrically and mechanically controlled. It is equipped with a special feeding device for automatic feeding and automatic cross-section positioning of the sample.The time from when the sample is released from the furnace to impact is no more than 2 seconds, which meets the requirements of the low-temperature Charpy impact test method for metals.After impacting the sample, the remaining energy can be used to automatically raise the pendulum to prepare for the next test, with high work efficiency;
2. The host is equipped with safety protection pins and a safety protection net;
3. The testing machine complies with the national standard GB/T3803-2002 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machine", and the impact test of metal materials is carried out according to the national standard GB/T229-2007 "Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method".
