The broaching tool of this broaching machine is made of W18Cr4V, which has high hardness and good wear resistance. Each tool can process more than 20,000 samples.The standard sample notch depth is 2mm±0.05. The special broaching machine for the sample notch uses the sample end face positioning method to position the 1/2 center of the 55mm length of the sample. If the length dimension of 55mm is inconsistent, the positioning can be adjusted at any time.It has been adjusted to 55mm at the factory.
The impact specimen notch electro-hydraulic broaching machine can process two V-shaped or U-shaped notches at one time.It only takes 8 seconds, and the operation is extremely simple and reliable.
