1. Equipment introduction
The high-temperature and high-pressure fretting wear testing machine is used to conduct fretting wear tests on materials in aqueous medium environments and evaluate the wear performance of metal materials in high-temperature and high-pressure aqueous medium environments.目前该设备能够实现单个方向的摩擦试验。The equipment is mainly divided into two parts. One part is the wear test host, which is used to realize axial wear movement; the other part is the water chemical circuit, which is used to provide the medium with specified pressure and composition into the sealed metal kettle.
This test system mainly consists of a wear drive device, a displacement measurement device, a force sensor, a sample fixture, a test kettle and a lifting device, a temperature control system, a water chemical loop system, a control cabinet, and test software.
