According to the requirements of GB/T 23561-2010, TB10115-2014, the rock variable angle shear testing machine can not only measure the rock variable angle shear strength, but also measure the uniaxial pressure resistance, tensile strength (Brazilian splitting method), shear resistance, etc. of coal and rock.The attachments in this device are divided into compression attachments, tensile strength testing attachments (Brazilian splitting method), and variable-angle shear attachments. They should be able to perform pressure tests on coal and rocks, and can conduct uniaxial compressive strength tests, Brazilian splitting tests, and shear tests. They can automatically collect experimental data and calculate the uniaxial compressive strength, tensile strength, shear strength and other parameters of rocks.The hardware and software system of the entire device comply with the relevant regulations and recommended methods of GB/T 23561.11-2010 methods for determination of physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock.

The angle-changing attachment is designed and produced according to GB/T23561.11-2010.The clamp has fifteen angles of 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40°, 45°, 50°, 55°, 60°, 65°, and 70°, which can be arbitrarily adjusted to change the angle (α) of the variable angle plate clamp.The fixture only needs to replace the rotating plate, and it can be applied to a cube specimen with a side length of 50*50*50 (mm) or a cylinder with a diameter of ￠50mm and a length of 50 to carry out the variable angle shear test requirements.The clamp needle roller diameter is ￠3mm and the quantity is 41.
Uniaxial compressive strength test: The rock test is placed between the upper and lower pressure plates of the press and pressurized until the sample is crushed. The pressure strength value is measured when the sample is crushed.
Coal and rock shear strength test: The maximum shear stress that a certain section of the coal and rock sample bears under a certain normal stress.
