1. Overview:

The concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipe testing device is developed in accordance with the national standards "Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes" (GB/T 11836-2009) and "Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes Test Methods" (GB/T 16752-2010). It adopts a three-point compression mode and is mainly suitable for external pressure testing of concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipes.

1. The cross beam is lifted and lowered by an electric screw, which is convenient for testing drainage pipes of different diameters (300-3000mm).

2. The machine base adopts a special structure and is flush with the ground, which facilitates the insertion of various mouth-shaped drainage pipes.

3. The loading adopts microcomputer-controlled hydraulic loading, which saves time and effort, makes the loading stable, and the test space can be reset quickly.

4. The loading speed is constant, and the whole process is automatically controlled by a microcomputer, meeting the loading speed and pressure holding control time requirements at each level stipulated in the national standard, and the load control level can be specified by customer programming.

5. The strokes of the beam and piston are equipped with limit protection to ensure the safety of the test process.

6. The software is equipped with an automatic force value clearing system, which eliminates factors such as manual clearing errors.

8. The test speed, pressure holding point, and pressure holding time can all be written during programming, and the operation is fully automatically controlled by a microcomputer.
