1. Machine features

Box: The test box is made of stainless steel; there are ventilation and exhaust holes with an inner diameter of 12.5mm on the top and sides of the box.

Ignition system: It adopts electronic pulse ignition method, which is more convenient and safer (the old electric heating wire ignition is eliminated, and the electric heating wire ignition requires frequent replacement of the heating wire); equipped with a gas flow regulating valve to adjust the flame height

Control system: Using a single-chip microcomputer control system, the burner automatically times and positions, and automatically shuts down and resets when the ignition time is over.

Timing system: Adopt advanced microcontroller control, LCD display ignition time, afterburning time and smoldering time, automatically record and save

Protection system: Equipped with a highly sensitive combustible gas leakage alarm device. If combustible gas is found, it will alarm and automatically cut off the gas source and power supply.

2. Technical parameters

Ignition timing device: 0~99.99s can be set arbitrarily, accuracy: ±0.01s

Afterburning time and smoldering time: arbitrarily set from 0 to 99.99s, accuracy: ±0.01s

Flame height adjustment: Equipped with a flow adjustment valve, the flame height can be adjusted, and equipped with a flame height measuring device, the ruler height is 40mm
