Standard version change response guide: Equipment planning, verification and acceptance of testing machine purchasers and laboratories
2026-09-05 09:00:001. Why system response is needed
GB/T 3159-2026, GB/T 16491-2022, GB/T 16826-2023 and other complete machine standards and a batch of composite materials and semiconductor material testing standards have been updated successively, and the testing basis, methods, equipment configuration and inspection rules have all changed.Scattered responses are easy to miss, and systematic advancement can lead to a smooth transition.
2. Five-step response process
The first step: establish a standard account and find out the "family background"
List all mechanical testing items involved in the company;
Mark the current standard number, version, release and implementation date item by item;
Mark the status of implemented, about to be implemented, and under preparation to form a dynamic ledger.
Step 2: Evaluate the equipment in use and distinguish three conclusions
After evaluating each device against the new standards, the conclusions are divided into three categories:
Conclusion | Processing method |
|---|---|
Meet the standard | Maintain use and include in normal cycle verification |
Need to upgrade | Evaluate options for adding extensometers, displacement measurements, fixtures and tooling, etc. |
Need to be replaced | Re-select and purchase according to new standards |
Focus on: accuracy level, zero point drift of the force measuring system, extensometer and displacement measurement configuration, and coaxiality index.
Step Three: Adjust the Verification and Calibration Plan
Re-schedule the calibration cycle according to the requirements of the new standards for testing methods and standard instrument levels;
Pay attention to the revision progress of metrology technical specifications such as JJG 1063-2010 "Calibration Regulations for Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine";
Ensure that the standard force measuring instrument and other supporting standard instruments meet the standards and are traceable to the national benchmark.
Step 4: Update procurement technical documents
Clearly write in the bidding and procurement technical documents:
The specific national standard number and version that the equipment must meet;
Accuracy level requirements (such as level 0.5/level 1);
Extensometer, displacement measurement and other configuration requirements;
Acceptance inspection items and methods implemented in accordance with new standards.
Step 5: Personnel training and document update
Organize inspection personnel to learn the key points of the new standards;
Update work instructions, record forms, and report templates;
Establish an internal publicity and review mechanism for standard version changes.
3. Key check points in the acceptance process
Accuracy level and indication errorWhether it complies with the technical agreement;
zero driftWhether it is within a limited range;
extensometer systemWhether it complies with JB/T 6146-2020;
Displacement measurementWhether the resolution and indication error meet the standards;
CoaxialityWhether it meets the corresponding grade requirements;
Detection methodWhether it is implemented in accordance with Chapter 7 of the new standard and whether the standard instrument is compliant.
4. Reminder of common misunderstandings
Misunderstanding 1: Only compare prices and ignore the standard version - the equipment model can be negotiated, but the standard version cannot be reduced;
Misunderstanding 2: The "ability to produce reports" is equated with "method compliance" - the reporting basis and methods must be in accordance with the latest standards;
Misunderstanding 3: Treat version changes as a one-time event - a normalized standard tracking mechanism should be established.
