Impact specimen notch projector

The impact sample notch projector is designed and developed by our company based on the requirements for the impact sample notch in GB/T229-2007 "Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method". It is an important testing equipment professionally used to detect whether the impact sample notch is qualified.The tester uses the principle of optical projection to compare the U- and V-shaped notches of the tested impact specimen with the standard plate diagram to determine whether the tested impact specimen is qualified for processing. The equipment is easy to operate, the inspection comparison is intuitive, and the efficiency is high. It is a necessary testing equipment during the processing of impact specimens.
Note: The projection detection of U3mm and U5mm gaps requires special customization.
