It can implement GB/T4156-2007 "Metal Materials - Erikson Cupping Test Method for Sheets and Strips" and meets JJG583-88 and JB/T7408-94, and also adopted the ASTME643-2008 standard to test the plastic deformation performance of metal sheets and strips during the test process.

Features:

1. This cupping testing machine adopts a new structural principle, which loads the servo motor at a constant speed and can realize constant rate control. The stamping process is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and the stamping speed can be steplessly adjusted and pre-set.(In the past, the cylinder oil source afterburner could not achieve constant rate control).

2. The clamping force is independently loaded by the hydraulic oil source, the clamping force is adjustable, and the data is displayed by the hydraulic meter and can be independently calibrated.

3. The force measuring device has been changed from the hydraulic sensor to a spoke-type sensor, and the cupping value measurement is measured by an encoder. During the test, the punch moves using our company's first low-friction moving device.The instrument's measuring device (high-precision spoke sensor direct force measurement), the loading device and its control program are perfectly matched, which solves the problem of poor repeatability of previous test data, greatly improves the accuracy and reliability of the cupping value measured by the testing machine, and also provides a reliable basis for the implementation of new cupping machine metrology verification regulations and cupping test methods in my country.

4. The cupping mold is easy to replace and the sample is easy to load and unload. After the sample is placed, press the automatic button to complete the clamping. The test parameters can be input and changed. The stamping process adopts the PID control principle. The stamping force value decreases and the test is automatically stopped when it is judged that the sample has cracks. There is also an observation window for easy observation of sample cracks. For ultra-thin materials, the test can be stopped manually.The test data is displayed on the LCD screen and has a peak memory function, that is, the maximum punching force, cupping value, etc., which can realize the storage of test results, etc., the deformation height is automatically memorized, and it can automatically return to the state to be tested after a test.
